The ‘Kindertransport’ took place at the beginning of WWII, placing over 10,000 Jewish children in British foster homes. The play jumps back and forth between three time periods: Pre-war, War and Post-war, and depicts the agony of separating a child from her parents, an act of sacrifice that also wreaks devastating results.
