Archives - Private Fears in Public Places

by Alan Ayckbourn

Directed by John Davies

Friday 17th – Saturday 25th June 2011 in the Auditorium

Love. United in hope, divided they live

Six characters individually confront their emotional isolation as their lives intertwine. Ayckbourn finds a darkness in modern society that he only ever hinted at in his previous works — and still finds time to make us laugh. The author described this play as “following fragments of the characters’ lives as they collide with each other”.
