Risk assessment guidelines for school parties
Teachers in Hertfordshire schools who wish to make block bookings for Barn Theatre productions are invited to download the guidance notes and partially completed outside visit forms from this page. They greatly simplify the process of risk assessment which all community schools are now required to follow when organising such visits.
The forms and guidelines can be downloaded either in PDF or Microsoft Word format. The Adobe Acrobat reader is needed to read PDF files: it is probably already installed on your computer, but if it is not, it can be downloaded free of charge by clicking on its link below.
Alternatively, the documents can be requested by telephone from the Campus West box office when making your booking. The number is 01707 357117, and the box office is open from 10.30am to 5.00pm Monday & Tuesday, 10.30 am to 7.30 pm Wednesday to Saturday.
