Getting Here & Parking
- Accessible parking: Two designated parking bays in the council owned car park are located directly in front of the theatre for visitors with restricted mobility.
- Drop‑off point: The front entrance provides a safe, level drop‑off area close to the foyer doors.
Step Free Access
- Entrance: Step‑free, level access is available from the front door into the foyer.
- Auditorium: Step‑free access is available to the front of the auditorium.
- Club Room: The upper area of the Club Room is step‑free.
- Bar: The main bar is down two steps from the foyer. We recognise this is a barrier and are looking at ways we can increase utilisation of the external fire exit by the bar. Please ask our FOH volunteer on arrival if you require access or assistance with the lower bar area.
Accessible Toilets
- We have 2 unisex accessible toilet, located off the theatre foyer and between the bar and studio space.
- The route is step‑free and clearly signposted.
Assistance Dogs
We welcome assistance dogs. If you are bringing one, please let us know in advance so we can offer an appropriate seat with space for your dog to rest comfortably.
Hearing & Visual Access
We have a hearing induction loop installed in both the main theatre and studio space.
In the theatre auditorium, the following seats are the seats where we believe the hearing loop to be most effective:
- A1, 2, 9, 10
- B1, 2, 9, 10
- E1, 2, 10
- F1, 2, 9, 10
- G10
- K2, 3, 7, 8
- L2
- M3, 4, 5, 6, 7
- N1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
For those with limited vision, our volunteer staff are happy to provide verbal wayfinding or assistance.
