Jane studied Theatre Arts at Leeds University and graduated with a BA Hons. She then worked for BBC Three Counties Radio as a researcher and co-presenter, and later moved into television, working as a production co-ordinator. Jane then retrained as a primary school teacher. Having recently discovered her love of performing, Jane joined the Barn and played Trudy in Man of the Moment, followed by Peggy in Hi-de-Hi!, Ruth in Table Manners and Helen in A Taste of Honey.
