A Day in the Death of Joe Egg

25th January – 1st February 1975

Despite its subject matter this is not a morbid or depressing play, but rather one which shows man’s capacity to come to terms with what might be considered an insoluble disaster. It concerns a young married couple and how they came to terms with being parents of a hopelessly spastic girl; meeting adversity with courage and humour.

Part of the Barn’s 1974-1975 Season.
