FROM THE BARN THEATRE ARCHIVE

The Winslow Boy

by Terence Rattigan
Directed by Louis Davis
6th – 13th May 1989

Rattigan’s classic story, also made into a successful film, movingly tells of Cadet Ronnie Winslow’s expulsion from the Royal Naval College, wrongly accused of stealing, and of his father’s dogged determination to fight for his son’s honour.

A powerful play of manners, ethics, and of stubbornness winning over bureaucracy and red-tape.
