Hysteria is a ‘brilliant farce’ of hilarious misunderstandings and the most dazzling array of special effects since Rocky Horror, Dracula and Frankenstein. It won the Evening Standard award for best comedy in 1994 as well as the Writers’ Guild award for the best play in the West End in the same year.
