Chilling and brutal - an engaging story of vampire love

Based on the Swedish novel and film by John Ajvide Lindqvist, this chilling vampire myth is strangely engaging. It tells the story of Oskar, a lonely, bullied teenager from a broken home, and Eli the troubled girl who moves in next door and is compelled to fill an eternal emptiness. The pair become firm friends. When a series of brutal killings take place in the neighbourhood the two misfits make a deep connection, sensing in each other a kindred spirit. But the shocking truth about Eli tests Oskar’s loyalty and love beyond all imaginable limits in this chilling tale of loneliness, love and legend. Not for the faint-hearted – some strong language and lots of blood!
