Sara Dhillon, pianist, composer and bandleader, has appeared at the London Jazz Festival and worked with artists including Joss Stone (performing at Elton John’s wedding), Geri Haliwell  and Jocelyn Brown playing at venues including the Jazz Café, Ronnie Scotts, and the London Eventim Apollo.  She debuted as a West End composer writing the score for a contemporary version of Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night” which opened at the Noel Coward Theatre on St. Martin’s Lane and was set in modern day India.

Last year, Sara was invited to join NYJO (Emerging Professionals) as a guest musical conductor culminating in a sold-out show at Ronnie Scotts.  She teaches Jazz piano at the RCM JD and classes on improvisation at the RCM, has led masterclasses at Cambridge University and leads workshops at Morley College.  Her group will play an exciting mix of originals, Jazz Standards and some Cuban and Brazilian classics.
