Evening of Jazz – Kind of Blur

14th July 2023 at 8pm

Join us for an evening of Jazz in the main auditorium to round off this season of Jazz at the Barn

This event may result in an addiction to swing rhythms, musical improvisation and an insatiable desire to scat! (more information here)

To round off our successful season of Jazz at the Barn we present this opportunity to enjoy jazz in our main auditorium.
We will be joined by Kind of Blur.

Brit-pop meets bebop in creative mashups of familiar tunes, all re-cast in the style of the best-selling jazz album ever – Miles Davis’ Kind Of Blue. Setlists can include songs from Blur to Kylie Minogue via Chumbawamba and The Eurythmics. With the occasional Disney tune thrown in for good measure, the talented quintet takes each song on a journey into A Whole New World. 
Expect heaps of fun and sophistication.
